Family Condo for 8 in Northstar Free Shuttle to Village

Very Disappointing Stay – Unsafe Conditions and Broken PromisesI booked this cabin to celebrate my birthday, but the experience was ruined by poor communication and unkept promises. When we arrived, the cabin had no electricity, and the power wasn’t restored for over 24 hours. The owner was slow to respond and unprepared—there was no proper emergency lighting or even a first aid kit.Due to the darkness, a friend fell on the stairs and injured her ankle, leaving her unable to enjoy the rest of the trip. The owner promised a refund for one night, but after we left, she stopped responding and never sent it. I also contacted VRBO customer service for help, but as of today, they still haven’t resolved the issue.This was not just unprofessional—it was dishonest. I strongly do not recommend this property or this owner. Rent at your own risk.

Positive: Location, parking, and shuttle service Negative: I found clumps of hair in several towels which was gross honestly, and the conditioner was filled with water.....also, It only fits 7 people, I wouldn't count the bed in the mezzanine level in the living area, its hard to go up and down the ladder at night and i think thats a Saftey issue....the bathrooms could use a remodel.

Definitely recommend and we will be back! Positive: Beautiful home with all the amenities. Comfortable and clean, spacious. Perfect for our family of 6! Negative: Everything was wonderful.

We had a great stay and an overall great experience until next time ✌🏽 Positive: i felt like i was at home away from home . it was very spacious and it was cozy ! Negative: There could have been another tv down stairs for the kids . We did have trouble going up and down the stairs .
